Short women need an alternative to the dowdy petite size jeans that are available. Here are some ideas to help you cope. I've always wondered where all these women with 34" inseams are hiding? It is almost a joke to think there are that many 6' tall women around. Well here are a few suggestions to make life easier, and get those cool jeans you are looking for.
There are great skinny styles available now, in fact you may have seen them in the fashion magazines, and they are often shorter in length. If they're still too long, scrunch them up around the ankle - it's the chic way to wear them, and they'll stay there because they are so skinny.
Straight leg styles are back, and they look great cuffed. Just be sure that your cuff is not too wide. Pair them with heels or a nice pointy toed flat that will visually lengthen your leg. Also, straight legs are easy to hem because there is no flare to deal with. Or you can wear them longer, just slightly above the ground with your high heels on, and it will maximize your leg length.
